The way sales was conducted before 2020 has changed and our team has pivoted to what the “new normal” is. We provide ongoing presence in North America and the UK marketplaces. 


  • Organising in-person and digital/online presentations calls to key travel agents, tour operators and travel buyers

  • Presentation and proactive Sales & Marketing support to key clients in the MICE, Leisure, Entertainment and Corporate travel industry

  • Organization of site inspections and escorted agent familiarization tours to hotel members

  • Hosting of both in person and digital road shows in key markets

  • Organising and attending in-person + digital industry tradeshows and international events

  • Liaising with key industry associations

  • Industry training webinars and agent specialist program development

  • Supplying a contact database growth and maintenance

Working with The Black Book Consultant for our pre-opening late in 2018 right through to current operations, has opened so many doors for our hotel. 

We have attended LE Miami, ILTM Americas, Pure and ILTM Cannes, organised by The Black Book Consultant Team. We have attended Sales Missions in New York, Miami, Dallas and Los Angeles, introduced to high-end leisure and entertainment buyers.

 The team has brought luxury buyer fam-trips to Cancun and introduced us to Virtuoso, Travel Leaders to name a few.

Having The Black Book Consultant onboard, has proved to be our best investment with high ROI generated and having an extension of our team.
